SHIPPING POLICY

• Processing Time: All ready-to-ship items will be processed within 24–48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Shipping Method: Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS, with tracking provided.

• Transit Time: 3–5 business days within the continental U.S. (International shipping times may vary).

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.

Tracking information will be sent to you after your order is processed. Please allow up to 48 business hours for order processing. Once your tracking number is received, track your order using usps tracking system.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and sanitation for our customers, we do not accept returns or refunds on purchases.

Exchanges / Store Credit:

We will gladly offer an exchange or store credit only if:

• The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with the security tag still attached.

• The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

​

 

Restocking Fee:

All approved exchanges or store credits will incur a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the store credit amount.
